Edie is currently retired due to the pandemic. She consults with previous clients and real estate professionals to share her knowledge and years of experience.

Prior to her affiliation as a consultant she worked as a Realtor®, Managing Broker, SRES®, GRI, with RSVP Real Estate, Your Seattle Home Team and Windermere Real Estate /Wall Street in downtown Seattle. Initially Edie began her career in Real Estate with The Landmark Group, Inc. as a Sales Associate, Associate Broker performing additional responsibilities as a real estate management consultant, mentor and coach.
She has been a practicing Realtor® in Washington State for 20 years and in this time has been selected as a Top Producer, and has achieved the real estate educational designations of Designated Broker, Managing Broker, Associate Broker, SRES ® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Edie has the knowledge, skill, experience and leadership to provide her clients with the very best advice and counsel in purchasing a home or investment real estate. She is passionate in assuring her clients are given the information, service and time required in making one of the most important investment decisions in life. She believes that a server programmed with real estate mathematics principles is no substitute for a live human being who knows the neighborhood, the home, and the current market conditions.
Edie brings to residential & commercial real estate a tremendous amount of previous experience from the business world. She delivers world class customer satisfaction, service, and contract negotiation. Her highly successful years in executive management; building relationships, orchestrating strategic planning, creating and implementing operations, coaching, training, marketing, sales and business development programs resulted in improved quality controls, comprehensive preventive maintenance and asset management systems increasing revenue for owners and asset managers.
Edie dedicates her efforts to achieve the individual needs of her clients and is sensitive to their specific requirements. She says that as a client, you come first. Edie has lived and traveled all over the US and abroad and specifically chose the Greater Seattle - Puget Sound area in 1981 as her permanent home because of her love of the beautiful Pacific Northwest; it´s cultural diversity, it´s natural beauty and its people. Edie bought her first home when she was 25. In her youth her family´s involvement in real estate, brokerage and investing gave her the natural ability to actively buy, renovate, lease homes in cities from Anchorage, Newport Beach, San Diego, and Seattle.
