LeAnn has been a licensed broker in Washington State since 2005 and is currently with RSVP Real Estate Group.
LeAnn represents homebuyers and sellers in the following ways; prepares properties for sale, determined optimal marketing strategies and conducts needed analysis. Prepares offers, handles contract negotiations and resolved issues to close sales in collaboration with title, escrow and loan officers.
Prior to RSVP Real Estate she was also an entrepreneur owning her own Home Health Care Company serving Children and Seniors in their home with chronic or physical limitations. As part of those services LeAnn helped many families downsize to manageable housing that met their real estate needs.
